Route Mobile Limited (“Route Mobile”), a leading cloud communication platform service provider to enterprises, over-the-top (“OTT”) players, and mobile network operators has announced its financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025, alongside a leadership transition.

Highlights for Q3FY26 Vs Q3FY25 (Y-o-Y) Consolidated Financials

  • Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,107.06 crore as against Rs. 1,183.79 crore in Q3FY25
  • Profit Before Tax stands at Rs. 135.21 crore as against Rs. 106.95 crore in Q3FY25
  • Profit After Tax reported was at Rs 102.56 crore as against Rs 85.47 crore in Q3FY25
  • EPS stands at Rs. 15.51 (basic) and Rs. 15.51 (diluted) for Q3FY26

Q3FY26 Vs Q2FY26 (Sequential) Consolidated Financials

  • Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,107.06 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs. 1,119.42 crore in Q2FY26
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 135.21 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs. 2 crore in Q2FY26. PBT margin stood at 12.2% in Q3FY26
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) reported at Rs. 102.56 crore for Q3FY26 as against a loss of Rs. 18.83 crore in Q2FY26. PAT margin stood at 9.3% in Q3FY26

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has re-designated Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta as the Managing Director of the Company, effective February 9, 2026, upon his ceding the role of Chief Executive Officer. He shall continue to be considered a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”). All other terms of his appointment, as earlier approved by the Board and the Shareholders, remain unchanged.

In addition to his role as Managing Director, Mr. Gupta will step into the role of Advisor to Mr. Seckin Arikan, CEO of Proximus Global and Chairman of the Route Mobile Group Board. Mr. Gupta also retains his equity interest in Proximus Global via Clear Bridge Ventures LLP, underscoring the long-term partnership established through Route Mobile’s founders’ reinvestment during Proximus Global’s (formerly Proximus Opal) formation and integration.

Further, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has elevated Mr. Tushar Agnihotri to the role of Chief Executive Officer and KMP, effective February 9, 2026. With extensive experience in CPaaS and a strong background in sales and operations, Mr. Agnihotri will lead the Company’s overall operations and drive strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating growth and profitability. He will continue to work closely with Mr. Gupta to translate the Group’s strategy into tangible, sustainable outcomes for Route Mobile. This strengthened leadership structure brings added clarity and focus, positioning the Company for its next phase of sustainable and profitable growth.
