The new facility, which has been classified as Tier 3, will provide Route Mobile’s international customers with improved latency and reduced delivery times. Leveraging an in-built redundant set-up, the facility will be expected to deliver near zero downtime and, using the latest technology, provide horizontal as well as vertical scalability.

Having begun operations over the Easter weekend, the new data center will boost Route Mobile’s data center network to five, covering key economic locations globally. Singapore, a commercial powerhouse and the base of Route Mobile’s Asia Pacific regional head office, was chosen with its strategic location in mind, offering customers an increased availability. “We are excited that we’ll be able to service our international customers even better” commented Derek Tan, CEO APAC at Route Mobile.
