• Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Is in the nature of an online game that is not verified as a permissible online game;
• Is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not a permissible online game, or of any online gaming intermediary offering such an online game; Violates any law for the time being in force.

If you breach any of T&C to use this Website, RML will terminate access to the same immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you. In any event, access to the Website may be terminated at any time by RML without notice.

COMMUNICATIONS

Whenever you visit the Website, RML may ask you some information. If you fill such information, it will be presumed that you wish to communicate with RML and give consent to RML to receive communications from RML. RML will communicate with you through e-mail or call or by posting notices on the Website or by such other means as RML may determine from time-to-time. In no event, RML shall be liable to you, or any third party, for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, reliance, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, compensation, reimbursement or damages in connection with, arising out of, or relating to, the use, or loss of use of, the Website and Content, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data or content, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, subsequent or other commercial loss, or for any other reason of any kind, whether based on breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort (including, without limitation, negligence or strict liability), even if an RML has been advised of the possibility of such damages..

SEVERABILITY / ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and any amendments or/and any additional agreements you may enter into with RML in connection with the services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and RML concerning the services. If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to maintain the intent of these T&C, and all other remaining provisions of these T&C will remain in full force and effect.

ASSIGNMENT

These T&C, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, shall not be transferred or assigned by you to anyone. Whereas, RML can assign such rights and licenses without restriction.

GOVERNING LAW

These T&C will be construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of India. Your use of this Website and any dispute arising out of such use of the Website is subject to the laws of India.

JURISDICTION

Any court of India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction for all purposes in connection with any action or proceeding that arises from, or relates to, these T&C, and you hereby irrevocably waive any objection to such exclusive jurisdiction; provided however, that RML may seek to enforce any judgment in its favor in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RML may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its proprietary and other rights. You agree that your breach or threatened breach of these T&C may result in immediate and irreparable damage to RML for which there is no adequate remedy at law.
