Challenges Faced
Clients wanted to ensure the timely delivery of time critical messages, such as sending OTPs to their customers. A solution was required to ensure guaranteed delivery of such messages; in case OTP sent via SMS failed.

- Designing a failover mechanism by using Voice OTP in case an OTP SMS is not delivered
- The Voice OTP works very well. Once the call is answered by the user, the OTP will be prompted as a recorded audio that can be entered via phone or desktop.
